Stanton House is a leading executive recruitment service committed to delivering a customer-centric recruitment process. With three offices in the UK and one in Hong Kong, they specialise in finding the right applicants for mid to senior level appointments for some of the country’s largest organisations.
Easy by design
Stanton House wanted a new website which would make it as easy as possible for busy candidates to apply for jobs. The site needed to display a direct, live feed from Broadbean – a recruitment software distribution service through which Stanton House uploads and edits its vacancies. Research into recruitment websites showed us that users like to browse on mobile phones, so responsive design was critical to this project.
A seamless Broadbean integration
Packing the new site with multimedia and social media elements demonstrated the company’s customer-focused ethos, whilst developing a direct XML feed allowed data to be pulled into the website directly from the Broadbean portal.
Job applications from mobile phones
The site was highly optimised for mobile so that busy job hunters could search for their next role on their phones, applying directly through LinkedIn.
We enjoyed developing this recruitment website template and learnt a lot during this project.
